This is what everyone should try to do at least once a day:
Find some
loud music Turn up your speakers
Press play
Dance around like a crazy person
Sing whatever you think the words are to the song
Shake fist in air to the beat for dramatic effect

This also works in your car. Great for getting over self consciousness. Also, a great work out for moms that you can do with your kids. After work stress reliever OR before work pumping yourself up.
Call me a dancing advocate, if you wish but you'll feel better the more you do it!
